I too am having the same issue. The document for IP2017 Fresh Installation on Windows didn't cover the startup.bat file. Thanks for pointing that out here.
I now face an SSL issue. I have the keystore and truststore files created. I used our CA on Windows to create the certificate files. Before I go further in the installation, I want to fix this SSL issue. I can go to the HTTP port 9012 and tomcat works fine. When I try HTTPS port 9011 I get the error below. Searching Google shows a lot of help but I still haven't gotten passed this error. Any help would be much appreciated.
