Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. DBCA problem when installing oracle 18c

Hi, I am installing Oracle 18c Database in Oracle Linux 7.6.

during installation when it reaches Database configuration Assistance , it failed and shows the following errors:

"[ins-20802] the plug-in failed in its perform method"
