how to show hidden field permanently to all users

Dear All,

In standard AP  invoice form ,  after selecting from show field , Liability account gets displayed  by following below steps.

1.   Folder >  Save as --> then Give a name to this folder

then we  can select the option "Open By Default". Save the changes. After reopen the form , the new field comes by default.

Our requirement is the same feature should appear by default to all the users who are using that AP invoice form , but with above steps , only that particular user can see the additional filed added by above steps.

Please suggest  , how to show the field for all the users by default .
