Prioritize Sub-inventory for Releasing Orders

We have a requirement where we need an order to pick material from one sub-inventory and if this subinventory does not have required quantity it looks into another. The second sub-inventory is dependent on order type. if the order type changes the sub-inventory to be looked for it changes. e.g

Both cases are under same OU and Inventory.

Sub-inventory - B2B

Order Type - Customer Sales

In case item X is not available in sub-inventory B2B it should look into 'Dealer subinv'

Sub-inventory - B2B

Order Type - Market Sales

In case item X is not available in sub-inventory B2B it should look into 'Test subinv'.
