Tips Processing-US Payroll

How do we handle Tips in Oracle Payroll(US) EBS 12.2.7.

1. Ability to perform tip allocations for w-2 reporting?

2. Ability to automatically calculate and adjust wages to meet minimum tipped and non-tipped state wage requirements?

3. Ability to allocate tips in alignment with labor requirements for all states?

appreciate suggestions if there is a solution available in Oracle (or) any other out of box solutions.
