gl translation failed in a specific period

Translation succeed in period 2018-12，but failed or balance is zero in 2019-01. The account type is right，and the system profile is already assignmented. It happens to one of those accounts that has transaction in 2018-12 for the first priod. Is there anybody faced this kind of issue ever before?

The translated_flag in 2018-adj1\2018-adj2 and 2019-01 is "N".
