Is it possible to create a different Work Order Document Type (not WO) with P48014?

We are on EnterpriseOne 9.2 with full Manufacturing functionality.

I need to create a "Simple Work Order" to set up an Estimated Cost (as shown below with P48014), but we are already using document type WO for manufacturing processes.  I need a unique document type to drive different processes (not manufacturing) to keep them from appearing on the same inquiry screens and manufacturing processes. So, I don't want to use WO again.

I have already setup a unique Doc Type "W1" with the P40040 (Doc Type Setup) to be used for this purpose.

I am attempting to use program P48201 which calls P48014 to create simple project work orders, but while I can specify Document Type "W1" in P48201 (used for search), there is not a processing option to indicate the Work Order Document Type when adding a new work order with P48014.  It only creates doc types "WO".
