Upgrade To EBS 12.2.4 Package Body "APPS.AD_ZD_ADOP" Has Errors And Cannot Compile Or Adop

Facing this issue tried to compile manually and with scripts but issue remains as same. Followed 2030727.1
Connected to:
Oracle Database 12c Enterprise Edition Release 12.1.0.2.0 - 64bit Production
With the Partitioning, OLAP, Advanced Analytics and Real Application Testing options
