Work Order Processing

Hi,

We are sunning JDE apps 9.2

We do not run MRP. We create WO manually and do BACK FLUSH at WO Completion. When we print WO, system attach part list and issue the quantity.

If we have enough available quantity during WO print, there is no problem. When we have a short, system create a record without issue any quantity.

For example, if the WO is for 100 and component quantity is only 60 available, system will assign 60 and 40 without any issue qty. Still we can complete the WO. but this is an issue for us.

Is there any UBE in JDE I can run that will issue the qty when the component is available.
