Manage Requisition Date Default and other Options under Manage Requisitions

We're reviewing Image 30 and some of the delivered options around the "My Requisitions" tile and the old Manage Requisitions page.

Our folks indicated they didn't want the date from to default. With the other defaulting search criteria- all but complete and requester, they felt the results retrieved wouldn't be crazy. (I am still on the fence about this)

The date from also defaults from the page linked to the "My Requisition Tile"  Even after you change the criteria, leave and come back, the date from reverts back. If the user changes the criteria under the My Requisitions tile, shouldn't it stay that way?
