Establish control over PO quantity/amount with respect to PR quantity/amount

Hi,

We have a requirement, where in the ask is that PO quantity for a line item should not exceed 5% of the PR quantity and/ or amount. Is this possible?

eg. if PR line quantity is 100 units, then the PO quantity should not be more than 105- the system should give error message.
