WARNING: The HEAPSIZE is Greater than the Threshold

We are on Oracle EBS 12.2.5. I ran the WLS Utility from: E-Business Suite: WLS (WebLogic Server) Utility (Doc ID 2230225.1). In the section title "Check Heapsize Threshold", I am seeing this warning on all the servers:

     WARNING: The HEAPSIZE is Greater than the Threshold

I am not finding any notes on MOS about this. What does it mean and what impact could it have?
