Manually purge statistical history data

In E1 9.2 we followed the instructions in Doc ID 664021.1 for manually purging A/R Statistical History (below) and the R03B16A doesn't seem to be updating like it should. In reviewing the R03B16A BSFN's and looking at recently created records in the F03B11, F03B13, F03B14, the ISTC field should be updated to a blank (""), not a "0" (since it is alphanumeric, it would treat 0 as different than blank).

Are these instructions still correct or do they need updating? Has anyone else run across the same situation?
