Do we have an enhancement to create work orders through interoperability?

We are managing two versions of JD Edwards 1. JDE World 2. Enterprise One 9.0 in parallel. We splits our work order process, but linked between Distribution Centers and the Manufacturing plant. Therefore, business requirement is to send JDE World WO information to E1, to create work orders using the same JDE World-Work Order Number (WADOCO). I'm wondering if we have this enhancement available to import records in F4801Z1 to create work orders or any other work around. I can't use P3411, as we populate information in all work order cat codes.
