i We have a large number of oracle database/applications installed across the company - oracle datab

Hi 

We have a large number of oracle database/applications installed across the company - oracle databases ranging from 9i to 12c ,some including dataguard, others standalone and others RAC . We are looking at creating a roadmap and framework/principles for continued us of these installations.

 

To get the ball rolling do you have guidelines/white papers on this topic as I want to make sure I dont overlook anything please?
