Intercompany Transaction details

Hello All,

We have below business requirement.  Can anyone help us how we can achieve this functionality ?

When user runs "Oracle Intercompany Account Details Report" user able to see only the transaction which are entered by him.  But our requirement is we want give access to the one user that person want to see the all the transactions which are happens across geographies through AGIS module.
