Database Install/Upgrade/Opatch (MOSC)

ora-03113 end-of-file on communication channel

Hi,

I am creating Oracle Database by DBCA after installation oracle server as software only option.  During starting creation the database an error occurred and stop the creation.

" ORA-03113 end-of-file on communication channel"

Platform : Windows 12 R2 Server( HP Proliant ML350 Gen9)

                Oracle 11g

Please guide me to solve the issue.
