Standard PO created from GBPA is in process

Hello,

I have created a GBPA for a min max item. I have also setup ASL and sourcing rule for this item. After running the min max report and requisition import program, it created an approved requisition. After the create release program was ran, it created a standard PO. This PO had a different buyer on it. It was in process the moment it was created. Action history showed that it was submitted by the buyer and it was pending with someone else for approval. I logged with that approver's login and approved it. But the PO is still in process.
