New Customer Experience Features in 19.1
Hello! We installed Siebel 19.1, and we want to see some new features, for example the dashboards described in https://blogs.oracle.com/siebelcrm/openworld-2017-review .
It seems these features are not available there; we only found How To Enable Customer Experience New Features in IP18 (Doc ID 2426987.1) where stated that these features are not available yet in 18.5.
But what about 19.1? Did we overlook them? Is any expectation when these features are available?
