while appling RU sqlpatch on database got error ORA-04021

    Error at line 4065: ORA-04021: timeout occurred while waiting to lock object SYS.DBMS_AQADM_VAR
    Error at line 4071: ORA-04021: timeout occurred while waiting to lock object SYS.DBMS_AQADM_SYS

There is any way to run datapatch

we are running below command

./datapatch -apply 28662603 -force -bundle_series DBRU
