Changes in uDesigner related to configuration packages

Hi Community,

I already have some configuration packages ready to export, however I'll continue making changes in some BP's in uDesigner, How can I update those packages?, Do I need to create a new package every time I change any BP? Is there ay function or connection between uDesigner and those configuration packages?

I appreciate your comments or sharing with me some documentation to clarify this doubts
