Tiered Premium Pay Not Working
We are having an issue with the layering of premium time in our system. We have a sample time sheet below. In this scenario, the employee should be paid for 38 regular hours, 2 hour of callout (2.0) and 2 hours of overtime (1.5). The overtime represents normal overtime regardless of the other premium. Our problem is that the system is taking 2 hours of callout and applying to make up the 40 hours first before calculating any premium pay scenario.
At a pay rate of $10.00/hr this should result in a pay calculation of:
