timephased reports

For timephased reports, the ability to cut off graphical lines in the current month, even if the planned cost/units/etc is past the current month (i.e. if a project is planned from Jan thru December, the planned cost will show for each month…but if the current month is April, the “actual cost” is shown with the April value thru December
