Database Backup and Recovery (MOSC)

Active duplication RMAN

Hi Gurus,

If the DB is large for ex: 3 TB which might take long time for the duplication to complete , do i need to retain archive logs on the disk at the target db during active duplication or RMAN will restore or copy them if needed ?
