Free Goods lines in Sales Orders getting skipped with BOL Print R42530
We are using free goods (through Advanced Pricing) for additional charges in sales order processing. We are trying to keep the child lines together with the parent line as the parent moves through the lifecycle. We are finding that during BOL print using R42530, the free goods lines are getting skipped and the next status doesn't progress with the parent lines. Does anyone know why?
