IDP query relay feature wtih connect or continue response from STP

i am trying to implement prepaid IDP query relay feature with connect or continue response (kindly note that IDP relay feature already in use with SA=CDPNNP)

for that i have been used service action (SA) as INPRTG, but not succeeded.

please help me if anyone has been implemented this feature with connect or continue response.
