Open Purchase order update from supplier master

Dear All,

We have scenario where by we need to update the rates in master  on regular frequency due to price increase/decrease for particular supplier, now we also need to update the rates in Open Purchase order manually  and this is tedious job , is there any report or application which helps to update the current rates from master into open purchase order for particular supplier?

Please guide us for this matter , we are on platform JDE 9.1.4
