Connection time out issue in Oracle Vm 3.4.5

when i try to delete a repository , it gets failed with below error.

OVMAPI_4010E Attempt to send command: ovs_async_proc to server: bsm-ovmsrv.bsmdomain.local failed. OVMAPI_4004E Sync command failed on server: 192.167.1.126. Command: ovs_async_proc, Server error: org.apache.xmlrpc.XmlRpcException: Failed to read server's response: Connection timed out (Connection timed out) [Wed Mar 06 18:47:19 GST 2019]

the  ovs-log is flooded with below erorr.

error: [Errno 110] Connection timed out

[2019-03-06 18:47:52 2970] ERROR (notificationserver:272) Error sending statistics: [Errno 110] Connection timed out

some time the server status in my ovm manager show red colour(disconnected) and then after a while it will show connected
