Retro benefits load in to Payroll sheets
Hi
We are experiencing issue with retro active benefits are having errors in Pay calculation as below
> Federal Tax Data Not Found
> Personal Data Not Found
After reviewing People books and oracle support, I am suspecting the way payroll processes scheduled is not in correct order.
As per Oracle, below is the order I found after retro benefits triggered.
> Retro Deductions Calculate (PSPRDEXT)
> Create Pay sheet (PSPPYBLD)
> Retro Deductions Load (PSPRDPSH)
> Time & Labor / Payroll Update (PSPLDTL1)
> Calculate Payroll (PSPPYRUN)
but currently, our client scheduled processes over night a below
> Create Pay sheet (PSPPYBLD)
> Time & Labor / Payroll Update (PSPLDTL1)
> Calculate Payroll (PSPPYRUN)
