ACA Replacement Transmission

My ACA file was Partially Accepted by the IRS.  I have 2 submissions that were rejected and 2 submissions that were accepted with errors.  I need to build replacement submissions for the ones rejected.  I'm following the instructions in doc id 2166361.1 (from last year).  I've set the status of my transmission with the updated IRS transmission status for each submission, created a Correction AIR ID.When I try and make the correction to the original 1094C form, I cannot save the changes.  Am I missing a step?  Are there updated documents that will walk you step by step for replacing a submission?
