Automate 401k plan changes rather than entering/updating changes manually in E1

I read a topic on 'Using R085524 to make 401k plan enrollment changes' and my situation is very similar or exactly same as that but didn't see a full resolution.  That is why I'd like to start open a discussion again.  Our 3rd party vendor (401k administrator) is Wells Fargo.  Our Benefits dept. download changes weekly and make changes to E1 manually.  What we like to do is, import the 401k changes into the Available work file (F085520W) and then use R085524 to update the live tables.  Is this doable in E1?  If so what is the import layout or
