External Audit asking for thousands of copies of expense reports

We were just handed an external audit on expense reporting that is due in 30 days. There is a need to pull a summary pdf of the expense report itself (printable from PeopleSoft) and the associated attachments (receipts) captured in PeopleSoft for a random sample of 2,618 reports. This would equate to bout 218 man hours of time!  Apparently giving them access into PeopleSoft is not an option.

Any thoughts on how to do this? We are thinking of using a robot process, but maybe there is a better way.
