We need Order Header and Line Processing Constraints that only work in certain conditions

We have an Order Source that imports sale orders in Entered status. User only updates the shipment dates and Books it.

We want to prevent updation of Item, Quantity, Price, Customer by user only for this Order Source. However processing constraints that we define apply to every case.

How can this be achieved?
