Out of two fcoe interface one interface showing offline.

Problem Description

While configured fcoe interface on Oracle VM server release 3.4.2 out of two fcoe interface one interface is online and other interface is offline.

How to change the interface state from offline to online?

Verified the issue in the log file as noted below:
