How does a proxied manager see the new employees?

After delegating a transaction to a manager, and the proxy accepts, we are finding it difficult to get the proxied manger to be able to see the other manager's employees. Navigating to Manager dashboard doesn't have the option, nor does navigating by menu to Manager Self Service > Transaction as it takes them to the Classic page.

Is there an alternate route to the fluid page? Is there another way to see the proxies?
