EXC: Transaction Exception Details by GL Period report shows exception as Cost Collector Error

User submitted "EXC: Transaction Exception Details by GL Period" process and it got succeeded.

In the output report there was exception with error message as "Cost Collector Error". Given the screen shot below.

But the user has already submitted the Cost Collection Manager process and it got completed successfully. They have submitted the "PRC: Import Transactions" process as well.

Even then the transaction are not transferred to the projects. Due to this user is not able to close the period.

Can someone help on this?
