Oracle 12c Commands SHOW DATABASES, and configure with SQL Developer

Greeting,

I have been looking for the command to show databases within Oracle 12c i have installed, i would like to query the database to see records and the structure of the JDE E1 via the command line, and also would like to access it via the SQL Developer.
