What is the best way to move Desktop Integrators to another environment?

I have created a Desktop Integrator to load data in FA_TAX_INTERFACE, with Components, Layout and all that good stuff.

Took me quite a while so am not looking forward to repeating the steps in TST, ACP and then PROD.

What is the best way to extract the relevant details from DEV and import/install it in other environments?
