Can EM share a port with IIS?

(I am not a web server admin, so my apologies if this is a simplistic question.)

We have one web server which hosts all our web apps.

OS = Windows Server 2016

Web Software = Internet Information Services (IIS 10.0 version 1607)

I have been told to run EM off of this server. I know that I could install EM and it would work, but security is strict and the only ports available are the normal HTTP and HTTPS ports (80 and 443).

Question: Is it possible for EM to "share" the 443 port with IIS? Or could EM run within an IIS application pool or something? Could I redirect EM ports/web traffic on the server? I'm looking for any advice.
