EBS R12.1.3 on Oracle cloud infrastructure. - Workflow mailer configuration.

in EBS on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (MOSC) Question

Hello,

We have move our test instance to  Oracle cloud infrastructure.   It is a 2 node  ,   for db we are using dbass   and for Apps we are using compute machines.     I am following the note : Getting Started with Oracle E-Business Suite on Oracle Cloud (Doc ID 2066260.1)

However in this note there are references to  Classic service.    I believe   OCI and OCI classic are different products.     As per this note, for workflow configuration

"You will learn how to configure the Workflow Notification Mailer in an Oracle E-Business Suite instance on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Classic with mail servers by using the Oracle E-Business Suite Cloud Admin Tool. Your SMTP and IMAP mail servers can be located either on-premises or on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Classic."
