'Claims AutoPay' program does not create Negative Claims

Problem Description

'Negative OZF adjustments should create negative claims, but this does not happen by 'Claims AutoPay' program.

Could you please help how to solve this problem.

 

I have referred the following docs, which suggest that may be it is the seeded functionality:

Negative Net Accrual Needs to Be Supported by Autopay ( Doc ID 1243865.1  )

  Bug 10103228  : NEGATIVE NET ACCRUAL NEED TO BE SUPPORTED BY AUTOPAY

 

Please lets us know if a fix/ patch is available OR someone here has a workaround (customization) to solve this issue.
