Fluid Supplier Public Portal View Bid Package Page Showing Old Versions of an Event

We are working on an upgrade to move to PUM 26 and are attempting to go fluid with the Supplier Public Portal.

We have used a customized process to display our bid information for public events on our website, however we would like to transition to using Oracle for this.

During testing, though, I have found when creating a new version of a bid event that both version 1 and version 2 of the Event Details PDF can be accessed by a guest user on the 'View Bid Package' page (SCP_PUBLIC_MENU_FL.SCP_PUB_BID_CMP_FL.EOATT0VW2_SCF). This will be very confusing for users and is certainly not ideal. PeopleBooks says that "...the display of comments and attachments are based on the setup made while creating the event".
