SBL-DAT-00329: The responsibility of user '' does not allow accessing view - IP18

Recently upgraded to IP18 env (19.2)

- Created new find object

- On search result drill down -> navigating to Custom View

But on drill down getting error - SBL-DAT-00329: The responsibility of user '<user name>' does not allow accessing view '<view name>'.

Added screen to application

Views are added to responsibility

responsibility is added to user and clear cache is done

Is there any specific issue with IP18 ?
