Impact of Changing Revenue Accrual Method

Hi,

Can somebody help me understand impact of changing Revenue Accrual Method on project from 'Event' to 'Cost' and vice-versa. At the time of change, some billable time would have been booked and revenue may have been generated as per the existing Revenue Accrual Method.
