expdp is failing with ORA-17516: dNFS asynchronous I/O failure

Hello all,

We are running 2 node rac cluster and there are 3 databases running on this cluster. One of the database export backup is always failing with the below error.

ORA-17516: dNFS asynchronous I/O failure

but remaining 2 database export backups are getting successfull.

Could some one please let us know, what could be the issue and how can we fix it?
