Rman active duplicate error ORA-17629 ORA-17629: Cannot connect to the remote database server

Hi,

I am setting up Dataguard between two windows server using RMAN Active duplicate. I am getting bellow error. I am able to tnsping to target and auxilary and also able to connect using sqlplus.

C:\>rman target sys/passwd@DEVAAD auxiliary sys/passwd@DEVAADDR

Getting below error. while running "duplicate target database for standby from active database dorecover nofilenamecheck;"
