Error no conexion between E1 and WLS

Hi,

last week I face issue with JDE, end user can not log, dislay error: "Sig on security server is down..."  and can not acces to server by putty, and server manager..

then after a time, the conexion was working, and end user liog in success

LDAP, networking  Team was working on it, question how can I research in LDAP by meself? I means when issue happend again waht command should be helpfull?

like tnsping

tracert  (ip E1 and  WLS)

..?
