ACA - 1094C - XML Schema Validation Failed - not well formed or missing required elements

Hi,

I am having an error when I transmitted my 2018 XML files to the IRS.

    AIRSH100

    XML Schema Validation Failed - not well formed or missing required elements.

    /Form109495CTransmittalUpstream/Form1094CUpstreamDetail[lineNum:1]

I have read document 2156072.1 and downloaded notepad++.  I get an error on the schema from the IRS.  So, notepad++ is no help.

I still have no clue what the issue is.  Any help would be appreciated.

BTW, I replied on a similar discussion but didn't realize it was from last year. So I decide I should open a new discussion.

Should I download the free version of Altova?
