Allow isupplier User to create receipts

We have a requirement where the business needs the Isupplier user to be able to make a receipt & deliver transaction for the PO's from his isupplier user login , where as the receiving Inspection(Quality) transaction will be done by the inspector in the buying organization for these transactions.

  • Reciept & Deliver transaction - Isupplier User

  • Quality receiving transaction - Quality user in the buying organization

Can this be achieved?
