Component lock down feature - Page for Payroll processors

Hello,

Is there any pages under the Payroll for NA menu where a user can configure the time periods for the Component Lockdown feature? The Set Up HCM navigation where it currently resides are managed by our system administrators and am trying to see if there is another place where the actual Payroll processing team can manage to this as per the processing schedule.

I am interested in knowing how other organizations handle this at their end. Thank you!
